    Free Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NeoSlick. Therefore, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it or exchange it for another item of equal value.

    Initiation Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

    a) Contact Customer Service: Send an email to customerservice@neoslick.com with your order number clearly mentioned in the subject line. This will help us identify your purchase and provide you with prompt assistance.

    b) Return Authorization: Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number. Please do not proceed with the return or exchange without obtaining this number, as it will help us track your package and process your refund or exchange more efficiently.

    c) Return Label: A free return label will be provided to you via email. Simply print the label and attach it to the package containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    d) Packaging and Shipment: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, ensuring they are in their original condition. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided return label.

    e) Return Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their condition. We will then send you a confirmation email regarding the acceptance of your return or exchange.

    Refund or Exchange Options: After receiving the return confirmation, you will have two options:

    a) Refund: If you opt for a refund, we will process it within 5 business days after confirming the condition of the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

    b) Exchange: If you prefer to exchange your item(s) for another product, we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative. The exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their condition.

    Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    b) Gift cards or vouchers.

    c) Items marked as final sale or clearance.
